Integration Engine overview

While the setup of system-to-system integrations—connecting Arena to other enterprise platforms for product data synchronization—is handled by Arena’s Customer Success team, this section enables configuration of related automation tools. Administrators can set up Arena Automations, a no-code feature available in Access Policies that streamlines business processes for the Quality, Changes, and Requests worlds. It also covers how to create triggers, which are essential for both automations and the Event Engine, and how to configure webhooks, real-time HTTP callbacks that notify external systems of updates and events.
